17 Poets! Reading Series
is a weekly literary series that takes place on Thursday nights at The Gold Mine in New Orleans' historic French Quarter, featuring nationally & internationally renowned poets, writers and painters who are featured regularly throughout the year in this multi-disciplinary art space. 17 Poets! Reading Series is coordinated by poets Dave Brinks and Megan Burns. This very celebrated literary series has been running since 2003 and has produced over 500 literary programs in that time.

MIT Research & Logistics in Literary Communities (compiling and documenting the recent New Orleans' literary movement, including poets & artists from the community)
